Assists the Warehouse Inventory Analyst in all inventory concern and SAP transactions and reconciliations
Monitor and prepare the required documents for all outbound warehouse transactions
Ensure that all PICK UP deliveries are with approved ATW (Authority to Withdraw) and confirmation from Outbound or Assigned Account Executive prior to loading and dispatch
Implement and ensure that QSHE (Quality, Safety and Health) policies are being observed and followed on a daily basis
Prepare and reconcile daily inventory reports against physical counts and against records
Assist in supervising and ensuring that the customer required quality requirements are followed at all times (FIFO/FEFO, No. of Batch Code and other Quality requirements)
Coordinate with Logistics Team for operational requirements and concerns
